KICKBOXING

(Ages 14+)

One of the hottest fitness activities today! Cardio kickboxing blends the fast hand techniques of boxing with powerful kicking exercises.

Students will learn to use their hands, feet, elbows and knees effectively and in combination to strengthen and tone every muscle from head to toe.

Cardio vascular training is combined with an incredible core workout. An average class can help you burn between 600 to 800 calories while you get in shape and have fun learning basic self defense along the way.
