Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu  is a fun combat sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. It teaches that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger opponent by using leverage and proper technique, and most notably by applying joint-locks and choke-holds to defeat them.

This program is designed for adults of all experience levels! We are dedicated to the improvement of our grappling and ground fighting skills. Where there is a challenge, there is an evolution. New techniques and strategies are constantly evolving. Knowledge is power.

Benefits of grappling:

  • Improves speed and agility

  • Enhances flexibility

  • Increases endurance

  • Allows the ability to “control” situations on the ground
